I reviewed the details on the 360 website to decide between purchasing the car outright or taking a loan last week. The following day, a gentleman contacted me about loan details, but I declined to apply for the loan due to the high interest. Today, I unexpectedly received a loan rejection email from V12, a finance company. Upon calling them, I discovered that Car Loan 365 had submitted an application on my behalf without my consent. When I contacted Car Loan 365, they mentioned performing credit checks on inquiries to assess finance eligibility, which I find unsettling as it was done without my permission. While there may be fine print, such practices seem unprofessional and lack transparency.
