Company will not leave me alone. I have not and will not be using this services and have requested that all messages STOP but am not being listened to. Warren has been amazing. I have struggled to get car finance, even though I already have car finance. He has called me daily, informed me with updates and gone the extra mile. He really is a credit to your company.

Big shout out to Yasir the account manager who found a beautiful car for me within my budget and helped me through the whole process. Great company great people. They are very much involved and update you on a daily basis. Couldn't have asked for more.

Really wish I never purchased a car through this company. I was sold a car through passion cars who they have as one of there dealers, the car broke down immediately! I asked carloans365 for help but they just told me unless it was an engine failure then I would be responsible for any repairs . The car was dangerous and faulty when sold to me and 2 months later and I'm still without a car!!!!!!! I could of had a very serious accident with the fault this car had, putting me and my small children lives at risk and I've not even had an apology!!!I've now had to speak to the finance company to see if they help me and they sent out a mechanic ( more than carloans365 would do) and the guy couldn't even start the car to get a diagnostics!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. This car should have been taken back IMMEDIATELY and fixed it or at least been offered another car!!!!! They still are billing me 270 a month for a car I haven't been able to drive since DAY ONE. I now have no choice to take legal action. So angry!!!! Avoid this company. They will not help you!!!!!!

Purchase made easy with Dan…he’s got the patients of a saint with me being very picky…he rang me up everyday and sorted through 100’s of cars would highly recommend deffo 5 stars
