An outstanding experience!

Greener Energy has delivered an excellent service from start to finish. We've been impressed from our first contact, through the initial assessment visit with Munro, perhaps the straightest talking sales guy we've ever met, the comprehensive technical survey with Daniel, and finally the installation. Special mention must go to Nathan and his team (not fogetting anoyher Daniel, the electrician) who were all simply brilliant! Quiet, efficient, neat and tidy, their work was guided by the tech survey and Nathan took the time to go through every aspect with us again once on site. Debbie, our customer service manager, has stayed in touch and kept us apprised of progress throughout and now our costly oil fired system has been replaced completely by an Air Source Heat Pump installation that's working far better than we dared hope.

Job well done

The Service Fitter worked carefully through all the steps required for the annual service and left me feeling confident that the boiler is working correctly and will continue for the next 12 months. This boiler, fitted new 12 months ago, is much better than its predecessor and has saved me about 20% on my gas consumption which is very welcome given the recent rises in prices.

Inaccurate estimate & ignored after paying deposit

Following an updated estimate for heat pump, pressured me for deposit to be paid. Paid that then was informed there was an issue with the placement of external heat pump. After several weeks chasing for details of the additional cost, advised that I would have extra £750 to pay but arrange for the digging of the trench for pipework myself at my own cost as they would not do so. This in addition to £1000 cost of planning permission for the revised position. Requested refund of deposit & my emails were ignored. Not confident of trusting this coy with a nearly 20k contract.

Customer Satisfaction

I started the ball rolling on my project, Heat Pump and Solar Panels at the end of December ‘21. I reviewed a few quotes and selected Greener Energy Group. From applying for the grant to explaining all the steps involved, the staff were both approachable and easy to communicate with. The project is now completed and the whole process from start to finish was without major hiccups. I gave the company four stars as in this world nothing is perfect, there is always room for improvement.

Heat Pump Service

Martin came to service my heat pump. Everything was fine, he explained fully what he was doing, gave some advice regarding error codes that may come up and how to deal with them but also left me his card so if I had any questions I could contact him to ask. Very friendly and professional service.

Excellent Service

We were very pleased with the service that we received from the 2 Engineers when they came to carry out the Yearly service on our ASHP. There was a small problem found but it was resolved during the visit. Prompt service.
