From start to finish the installation of my new hybrid system was easy and of high standard. The installation only took 2 days and on both days the engineers were polite and you would not have known I had just got a new heating system installed the house was clean and tidy when they left. The office staff were EXCELLENT! They helped me through all paperwork for the government grant, making it a breeze. I would highly recommend.

I would not recommend this company. Tried for a quote and they would not provide one unless their sales people spoke to me and my wife together -very obvious disreputable sales technique to sell loans --not interested in a business with questionable practices.

I heard good reviews about them so I decided to give them a try. I made several requests in different companies around for solar panels. This company called me and repeated "government approved" many times what seemed tricky and possibly some kind of quick brainwashing sales technique. Every company in this country is government approved (legal) and noone else tried to force me to be at home with my wife because otherwise they cannot come for a survey as this is allegedly government demand. Every other company doesn't have such a demand. Even regardless of that they were supposed to call me back "next week". This means in their language around 21 days. No company will try to force me to organise my life up to their standards. I am the customer. I make the decisions and salespersons should meet my needs not the other way. (I didn't request any funding etc). So despite this might be a good company - it should be 0 stars for treating me like I was treated and trying to organise my life for me. Someone else will earn the money. Edit: Tried to protect me :D Oh poor me... I'm doomed without protection and cursed to make my own decisions...

Went though the motions and had an appointment. The representative did not even turn up. They did not even call to say they wouldn't make it. I know they have the correct mobile number as their office made the appointment via the same number. Very surprised about all the excellent reviews before.

brilliant service and installation from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish.Extremely helpful staff both office and Installers. All and any problems that arose (not many) were dealt with quickly and possitively. After service has been excellent- all questions answered with follow up checks to make sure everything was working correctly.

Dear Greener Energy, Your engineers did a good job and were friendly and helpful. The system seems to work well. The reasons I have given 4 stars and not 5 stars is that I had asked for a floor not to be taken up and said that I would box in the pipes but I was not prepared for the number of pipes involved or for the fact that they would cross the ceiling and also project into a flight of stairs. The engineers (3 plumbers and an electrician) who installed the system do not seem to have been given sufficient time to do the job. They were allocated three days initially, but required 4 hard working days. I think that the original assessment as to how long the job would take was an under estimate and it may be that the installers felt rushed and therefore placed pipes in the easiest places for speed rather than conceal them. On the last day, as the hot water system was being filled an existing old pipe burst and your installers needed to break into the wall to stem the flow. This was not their fault - it was an old corroded pipe and they did a good job in capping the pipe. Today, at my expense, I got a local plumber in to replace the old pipe and thereafter the hot water system seems (along with the heating system) to be working well. Your engineers (installers) worked very hard in installing the Air Source Heat Pump and are to be commended for being friendly, helpful and calm in the face of difficulties. The one disappointment is that so many pipes are visible on the ceiling and along the wall of the stairs. I did say I would box in pipes, but was not prepared for the number and the somewhat bizarre positioning of these pipes. In summary a good job done by the installers with one disappointment, which can be cured, but with far more work from me than I had anticipated, as I box in a myriad of pipes. To date I am happy with the performance of the system (1 day only so far) and once I have boxed in all the pipes I anticipate that I will be glad that I ordered the Air Source Heat Pump. Can't write a review on their work as can't get them to sell us anything. We have waited in 3 times for visits and everytime, no one has turned up.

Your engineer was very helpful and patient, explaining how to use the system efficiently.
