Just had my second annual maintenance done by Martin. Excellent service. I replaced storage heaters with ASHP. The difference is amazing. My whole house is now lovely and warm and I am saving on electricity costs. The system is easy to operate.

Excellent service, and quick at all stages!

Everyone that was involved was very efficient and quick. The whole process happened quicker than I thought it would.

Our original intention was to fit an Air Source Heat pump after discussion with the Sales Team in May 2021. I wasn't convinced that the level of disruption to our house was going to be as minimal as the Sales Engineer had indicated, but stuck with it. The corresponding paperwork and there was lots of it as funding was involved, was dealt with efficiently and expertly by the after Sales Team and I was a bit more relaxed. Everything was in place by mid July from all concerned and it was just to decide on an installation date. Greener Energy came to do a pre-installation survey and I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and expert knowledge of their Surveyor, Richard Fotheringham. In discussion with Richard it was soon apparent to me that the positioning of the Air Source Heat Pump was going to cause major upheaval in several rooms and I was not prepared to have an 'engineered fitted floor' lifted along with the upheaval and expense this would entail. Further discussions with Richard persuaded me to install a new Vailant ecoTEKplus 835 Boiler. In early October, Richard came to install the boiler which he did over a three day period, ensuring we still had hot water and heating during the installation. I cannot praise and thank Richard enough for his hard work, planning and his attention to detail on the installation. The boiler had to be re-routed to a different location in the house which involved lifting parts of flooring in three different rooms. His methodical approach and ability to think through all the problems he had to deal with was commendable and he certainly went the extra mile which we were delighted with. Other members of his team who were allocated to help could not make it so Richard single-handed did everything. I was very impressed. Delighted to say we now have a lovely warm house with instant hot water on tap. We have our 102 year old mother-in-law staying with us and Richard made sure the house always had heating and hot water. The product is excellent, The technical staff/installation staff ie, Richard is superb and the after sales service is not yet quite up to that level. All in all, I would recommend Greener Energy Group for your Heating a requirements.

Very efficient installation

We recently had solar panels fitted on the roof. The installation crew arrived promptly and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. They were pleasant and courteous when in the house and kept us advised of progress. The site was left clean and tidy despite a strong wind bowing things around. Clear instructions were given as to the use of the equipment and we were left completely satisfied. They even brought sunshine so the panels started to work immediately!

My wife and I have been very impressed with the service we have received from the Greener Energy Group during the installation of our Air Source Heat pump. The initial sales visit was conducted without any pressure, and the facts and options presented clearly and objectively. The follow-up EPC certification and detailed engineering survey were completed very efficiently and professionally, and at every stage we were consulted in the choice of and location of the radiators and pipe routings. The installation team were very skilled and it was a pleasure to have them in our house. The project involved some complicated pipe routings which were installed with great skill and the minimum of disruption to decoration. They took time to vacuum and clean up every area in which they had been working. The heating system is working very well so overall we are delighted with our purchase!

Green Energy Group arranged and installed my solar panels and car charger. The workmen were organised and clearly skilled in their work. They were clean and tidy in their practice and explained the process as they went along. Highly recommended

Just had a yearly Visit with Paul of Greener Energy. He checked my System and topped up the Glycol to -20C and other yearly checks. I cannot fault his enthusiasm and he likes a cup of Tea.
