I object to the Mill Shop's delivery policy. Even though the parcel was to be sent via Royal Mail, which costs the same for the entire UK, the company refused to send it to my home address in the Isle of Mull, or even to an address in mainland Argyll. I was fortunate to have a contact in another part of Scotland who visits regularly. The curtains have been delivered to him, but I will have to wait until his next trip before they are delivered to me. Come on The Mill Shop, why are you so inflexible? You evidently don't want my custom.

The curtains were listed as black out but really they are just light reducing...not the same thing. The fabric and finish of the curtains is quite poor. The fabric is thin and the finish is very rushed. They will just about do the job, for now, until I can source side better quality ones. Postage was the only good thing.
