I don't dislike the company but on my recent order I needed to order an extra item and as it was only a very short time between my first order and realising I need an extra I was very annoyed that you didn't just put it in with original order instead of charging me extra postage

The web site was clear & helpful with lots of choice. The delivery was as expected but the product did not meet our expectation in that the edges were not finished with hem.
