Purchased ready made curtains good quality, arrived very quickly, well packaged. I'd usually make my own curtains, but haven't been able to this time. Definitely keep The Mill Shop in mind for next set of curtains.

My order was refunded but I have no idea why. In fairness someone from The Mill Shop attempted to call me but I missed the call. I took a while deciding which made to measure voile I ordered for several windows in my house. I was really disappointed. I have just gone into my Spam account (13 February) to delete it and found two emails from The Mill Shop explaining that there is insufficient fabric for my order. I feel bad now that I gave them a poor rating.

The Mill shop have been amazing. They sent samples by return, responded to emails the same day and delivered 3 pairs of beautiful curtains on time. The curtains are lovely, very good quality and much better price than elsewhere. Thank you.

Sent wrong size then i would have had to pay for the return, so having to keep unwanted item. Stick to purchasing with Amazon or suppliers local to you.
