The product - The product and the marketing is TOP - The only small point why the fifth star is missing is the customer care update when you are shipping the BOOKS personally to the ones who already paid - And in EU even lot more with the taxes and customs. It is cca 2000 persons per book. Maybe an expedition warehouse in EU will cut some pennies down also
