I ordered a book in March of 2023, it is early February of 2024, still, no book. I call yo ask what the problem is and call I get is a recording telling me to leave a message. Totally unsatisfied. All I want is my money back.

Ordered a book set May 2023, received multiple emails advising that there was a delay and would be another month. Same story every month! Still no book, finally received a refund in November! Terrible service and not to be trusted

I have ordered a lot of books by this company. All their books are from a high quality. I can reach them well by e mail . I was even invited for a VIP meeting with my wife on a Ronnie Wood evening. Don't trust this company or their promises. I ordered this book on December 15th and only received it today, January 06th because I called and emailed every day for about two weeks. There is only an ansaphone..you can't talk with anyone. The excuse being an 'unprecedented amount of Christmas orders'. They promised guaranteed delivery for Christmas then didn't have the courtesy to tell me it wasn't coming. Really lousy customer service. Rubbish excuse. Watch out.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. I purchased a copy of the Jim Morrison poetry book at the start of the pandemic. Genesis Publications kept me up to date throughout the numerous lock downs. The printing process time was affected by the pandemic but again I was kept informed of what was happening. When the book arrived, it was even more beautiful than I expected. The quality is superb. The vinyl disc that came with the book was damaged but it was quickly and efficiently replaced. I would have absolutely no qualms at all in buying another book from this company. Thank you very much for such a first-class item and for such impressive service.
