Ordered 2 lots of pipes and fittings from this company I have to say I’m really impressed with their service. Easy to order off the website with clear pricing, goods arrived really quick and the quality is great. People are quick to write a bad review about companies but I think credit where it’s due. Nice people, good service , timely delivery.....BUT.... Do not trust the on line images or descriprors. I spent £100 on a 1.1m length of 30mm diameter stainless steel tube for a cosmetic application where it needed to be bright polished. I placed a note on my order that somebody needed to make sure there were no scratches or marks. The piece came with scratches, work holding marks, impact marks and porosity. The non seemed tube is rough, contrary to the images. I was upset that given the note, nobody called and said "What you are asking fro is not possible"... HOWEVER... terms and conditions lock you into it being your responsibility to know what you are ordering. Something you can not check on line! I like shops.. you can see what you get. When buying on line there is an element of trust required. If you need cosmetic quality from these guys. You wont get it. Anything else I am sure they are great...

Great product ... returns “disappointing”. Ordered some pipes for table legs. Really good product an looks amazing. Ordered wrong sizes and the whole returns part has be an unmitigated pain in the backside. Would I buy from them again (the acid test) ... yes ... but more cautiously

I needed to fit a hand grip, on a door with a step. My wife has MS and is very unsteady. The stuff you can buy never seems to fit the way things are laid out so I went DIY. So, a hefty bit of steel pipe, floor to ceiling, with heavy mounting plates. End result seems solid as a rock and has cost less than half the amount of the closest ‘off the shelf’ equivalent and is better. The pipedream people were massively helpful, phoning to check I had ordered exactly right and making suggestions on fittings. Very happy, very good end result.

Really easy to order the item on the website and the delivery was as expected and well packaged. I ordered a second time and got the same level of service. I used the piping to make an industrial looking table. Thank you very much

was sent incorrect order I.e. 48mm fittings instead of 42mm despite receiving some of the correct 42mm... pipe dreams rectified the issue by sending correct ones for next day(Friday) that did not arrive until the Monday delaying the job and then when checked they had missed product out and had to send again...…… Pickers need to pay more attention I think.

Exactly what I couldn't find anywhere else and for the best prices in my opinion. Delivery was reasonable for the weight of products I ordered and was quick too. In all, would definitely recommend this company!

Brought a shelf from them which turned up damaged as one end had water damage. They ignored my email about this. Went to put shelf up and the holes were drilled far too small and it wouldn’t slide on to the fittings. They also ignored my emails about this and there is no answer when you try to ring. Complete waste of £60, will be taking them to the small claims court to get my money back.
