I was sent slightly wrong length pipe, due to an email being missed, however Pipe Dream immediately recognised this and were very helpful fixing the problem. Very poor quality fittings, much thinner wall thickness, poor thread and poor finish. Still waiting for a refund, a week on!

Really quick delivery and the quality looks fantastic

The only pipedream this company provided me was the hope of actually receiving the items I ordered. I placed an order and duly paid for delivery of same. Should have been 2-3 days. Over a week later, after a fiasco trying to chase DHL (another abhorrent company) the order finally materialised. Two if the items ordered were incorrect. I contacted them and was told they would send the correct replacements immediately. Then.... nothing! No correspondence, no reply to my emails, nothing. In the end I resorted to having to source the needed parts by purchasing them again. It cost more but, as this company was actually reliable, they also managed to deliver them the very next day.(what a concept, eh?) The day after that, the replacement parts I should have received 'immediately' miraculously turned up! Two parts, and one of them was also wrong!! Despite requesting a RMA label to return the incorrect parts and also requesting a refund for the parts I never did receive (which were paid for) I didn't even receive the courtesy of a reply. I washed my hands of the whole affair. Would most definitely not recommend this company. There is a multitude of others selling exactly the same products, reliably and efficiently.
