Richard arrived to connect my skyQ box, even though it was around 6:40pm because he was held up on another job. When i said i wasn't expecting anyone to show up at that time, he said there was no way he wasn't going to show up because he knew i had taken the afternoon off work. So for me he showed great dedication towards his job and his customers. Very professional and did a great job and answered all my questions.

Had an issue with my broadband late one evening and sent an email to ABS. The next morning at 8.15 am , Graham phoned me back and talked me through the process of re-connecting. Graham was very helpful and within a couple of minutes it was "all systems go"

I do not agree with the enforced yearly…
I do not agree with the enforced yearly payment of £ 120 in addition to the Sky monthly subscription. What does it cover? To me it is a form of blackmail. If every household in a building thar has Sky is forced to pay £120 this is totally wrong imo.

Excellent customer service from Graham at ABS
Graham came Tuesday morning, promptly at 8:30 as promised. He was a very polite and helpful engineer who set up our Sky Q box in no time. I would recommend the company to anyone, as he had worked there for a long time and he was very knowledgeable.
