After he had encountered delays on his journey because of an accident that delayed traffic on thr M6 Richard rang me to sort out another time. This was done and Richard arrived at the appointed time and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Excellent service from him!

The ABS office were so helpful as I had no TV when I moved in to my new apartment. The engineer arrived after a very long day and completed the installation and explained everything clearly. He even took time to sort my WIFI out too. Great company to deal with.

Had four appointments from Sky TV to change a Sky Q box over in my 88 year old dad’s flat,according to Sky this is a free fitting and there is no charge. Applied Broadcast System then ring up asking for £125 to fit this, so are they not only getting paid by Sky to do this work they are also trying to Scam an old person out of his money. If you read further reviews on this company, this seems to be a regular occurrence. They even said we should pay the money up front and then IF we don’t have to do anything then we will refund your money.
