Nice tags nice price

Pretty easy to design, turned out how expected. They gave an option for hole or no hole on tag, I chose hole and it was just a circle printed on the tag. Would have saved me time and energy to of had holes pre punched. Fast turn around and fast shipping!

Zazzle ia a valued part of my product line.

As a seller/creator I find Zazzle a valued part of my product line. I don't get rich doing this, but I make a tidy sum and the people who buy the items I design enjoy them. It is a win/win situation. Zazzle items are top quality! My wife recently spent a couple of months in the hospital. She's staying in bed now. So to help cheer her up, I made a serving tray with a picture from our wedding on it. She smiles every time she uses it! Zazzle is good medicine!!

I paid extra for my order to be expedited. It did not arrive in the timeframe indicated. It was late. When I contacted the company and said I paid extra for it to be expedited. They agreed that it didn't arrive when it should have and would "make it right." Then offered a discount on a future order. The simple solution would have been refund the extra amount I paid. I won't do business with them again.

Beginning to think this place is a scam-- pay extra for expedited shipping, no product, zero customer service

Paid for expedited shipping for an item to arrive a few days in advance, but it appears it has never left Dallas. Tried to contact company but could only speak to a bot. Tried to wait in a queue multiple times to speak to a live agent using the chat feature but it never connects you and just abruptly ends the chat. I am so disappointed and will never ever use this company again. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my MIL's 80th birthday and it should have been here 3 days ago. You can't get in touch with anyone, and they will NOT print your review lol. So, we are out a lot of money and still have no product and no updates and no help.
