Had several transactions when I hosted a wedding, bridal shower, baby shower (2 years apart). Site is easy to use - very customizable, quick delivery reasonably priced. I was very satisfied.

This company sucks! Needed an important item for my mother’s service and paid the outrageous shipping to get it before the service and they didn’t meet the date of delivery and didn’t care that they didn’t meet it. Beware if ordering things needed in a hurry!

Terrible customer service, promise refunds and don't get it. My order came and was unreadable on the back of the card, to the point I won't use them. They advised I would get a refund within 24 hours and I am still waiting.

Ros was my designer, she took her time designing my program for my 60th birthday celebration. She made sure my every need was met. Even after I changed the program around 3x she was still patient. Her manner was the same, happy, cheering me on, and attentive. Thank you, Zazzle for helping me make my birthday celebration beautiful.

Zazzle engages in censorship. I wanted to make a bumper sticker for myself - not to sell on Zazzle - and it poses the question "Did you vote for President Musk." Nothing profane, nothing derogatory, just a question. They refused to make it stating "This design contains a reference that is in violation of Elon Musk rights of celebrity/publicity." What exactly that means I don't know. At the same time they have over a dozen pages of anti Trump bumper stickers. Why are they catering to Elon Musk? Does Musk own the site? Are they afraid of him? Refusing to make my bumper sticker is in violation of my First Amendment rights of free expression and I will never use Zazzle for anything ever again. There are plenty of other companies that provide the same service.
