I am giving Timeshare Specialists a 5-star review not because they resolved my timeshare issues, but because my representative, Dallas Peuse, was up front and honest in telling me that he could not help us exit our Welk Desert Oasis timeshare because it would require interfacing with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and would very likely be unsuccessful (we were aware that the resort was operating on a 99-year lease from BIA). He advised me not to give any company money up front to assist with this exit as it would almost certainly be unsuccessful and our money lost. Additionally, when I asked about a second timeshare with Diamond Resorts, Dallas gave me the contact information to deal with Diamond directly as they normally work with their owners to facilitate exits. I was impressed that Dallas didn't try to steer me toward using Timeshare Specialists to do something I can do on my own.

I am so glad I contacted Timeshare Specialists! From my first email to the final sale/transfer of my timeshare, I was kept informed of the process. Every person that I interacted with was quick to respond and answered all my questions. They are friendly and professional, and get the job done. I would highly recommend Timeshare Specialists.

Writing this review nearly 3 years after going through the process, my apologies, I truly waited to see a couple of years go by and "not" see a maintenance bill arrive at my door for the timeshare I "HAD" owned since 1998. First off, like many, many others before me, I tried a couple of companies that "CLAIMED" to be able to divest me of my timeshare. They "TOOK" my money without any concerns, then "FAILED" to do their service. I even had a couple of others try and sell me on their plan and when I balked at doing it again, they were quick and rude to dismiss my call. Then I came upon Timeshare Specialist in 2012, yes 2012, spoke with Dallas, she was very polite, very informative, yet I was still gun shy. She was fine with it, said: "call me" when "you" are ready. Now 2018, 6 years later, I knew I had to divest. In the meantime, the price of the process had just gone up, but Dallas allowed me to do the process at the old price. So, the process began in late August, a few weeks later, I was connected with Jinger Jewell of Resort Closings, she did the bulk of the process that got me divested from my resort at the end of November in 2018. So, to conclude THANK YOU! Timeshare Specialist and a very special Thank you to Dallas Peuse and Jinger Jewell for their patience, customer service, and most of all their efforts to accomplish the process. Again, I'm sorry for the late review, but I hope it helps any future clients and some concerns they may have in this process.

There is a reason Timeshare Specialists and Resort Closings has an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau and Trustpilot. They are honest, they are responsive and they do what they say they will do - get you out from under your unwanted timeshare in a timely manner. A big plus that speaks to their honesty -. there are no up front costs. Fees are not due until closing. Communication is excellent. Paperwork that is clear and understandable can be completed over the internet or if preferred, through the mail. Phone calls and emails are returned within a day. Very reassuring when trusting your hard earned money to someone in an industry that is infamous for being dishonest. It took 5 months before receiving official confirmation that our Mexican timeshare had been transferred out of our name. To be honest, periodic updates would have been appreciated but any time I got nervous and emailed an informative, courteous and personal response was in my inbox the next day. For me, the reassurance I received from prompt communication alone is more than enough reason to highly recommend Timeshare Specialists. One thing Timeshare Specialists is NOT is inexpensive! I was shocked at the quote until I did the research and found out how valueless resale timeshare really are. I weighed the costs against year after year of escalating maintenance fees and periodic improvement fees. The relief of being done with my timeshare was worth every penny. Timeshare Specialists has earned my trust and my heartfelt thanks for a job efficiently and well done.

Timeshare Specialists, Inc. were great. Just received notice that my timeshare was transferred. No more HOA fees!!! Dallas was very helpful and upfront about pricing and process. The pricing she offered to do this was very, very fair. No upfront, add-ons or additional fees. The process from start to finish only took about three months. Their business model is way better and more ethical than what some of these high priced timeshare share exit companies and attorneys offer and promise. I was so impressed with their services that I already recommended Timeshare Specialist to some friends.
