I originally bought a Cousins brand hoodie that was labeled as XXL but fit more like a medium. I wrote a review on here about that and within minutes Cousins brand was on top of things trying to make me a happy customer again. My money was refunded instantly and a return label provided for me immediately. They gave me some feedback on other items that ran true to size and I ordered one at a great price that really made me feel good again about Cousins again. My new Hoodie arrived and fits wonderful. The service was appreciated and I can say I highly recommend them.

I ordered a hoodie that was out of stock but didn't say on the website... They immediately emailed me back and informed me I would be refunded.... I asked a few more questions and got responses within the same day.... Keep succeeding and hope cousins brand has a very successful 2016!

Great products. I unfortunately ordered a size too small in a shirt and they immediately sent the replacement along with a prepaid shipping label and package to send the return back in, which they completely covered! Love the hoodie and shirt I got and just the response and customer service I received was absolutely outstanding. Will definitely be doing business with them again very soon!
