Cousins Brand has emerged as one of my favorite companies/brands to shop with. The shipping and returning is very convenient for the customer; the brand owners take mad pride in making sure everything is just right for the customer by shipping out the products very quickly and being responsible for any return fees. Also, if the customer makes a purchase of $50.00 or more, the shipping is FREE. The quality of the products are Grade A too. One of the top brands and they're only on the come up.

Custom service is key wherever you shop and this company has it perfectly. Also the baseball jerseys (with a urban feel) was a perfect move in my opinion; and I can only see this brand moving up from here. Lastly I can't wait to see what the future holds

What attracted me to this company was the cutting edge fashion styles and the designer always seems to have his finger on the pulse! After a few purchases, I'm glad that the quality of the clothing and customer service is also great!

The overall experiences I've had since then have only improved because Josh & David have placed emphasis on creating a family vibe, superior customer service at a price point that's affordable for most. This survey for example is an excellent customer option for expression and something that's proof positive of how they value the consumer. We emailed to ask about the return policy and Cousins immediately responded, apologized and sent via 2 day shipping another shirt to replace! We are very satisfied with their customer service and would not hesitate to purchase another item from them!
