I ordered 4 extinguishers 3 different types. It's taken 10 days for them to tell me they only have 1 of them in stock. The others are on back with no delivery date.

Two missing orders, both in damaged parcels Our original order was missing parts so they sent out another order. Both parcels arrived severely damaged - one parcel even had one end completely open and therefore, the inside was open to the elements. The screws etc was packaged in what I can only describe as a sandwich bag.

after calling in to make sure that everything was in stock I placed an order, just to be informed 3 hours later that most of my order was not available. I was offered an alternative that I declined and asked for a part refund. The one to two day delivery took two phone calls and eight days to arrive. The refund that i have not yet received was processed apparently 3 days later of my request and strangely it takes 10 to 14 days to reach me. I am still waiting!!!!! place your business somewhere else
