Excellent customer service and quick delivery.

My order arrived late even though extra charge for postage was paid, postage wasn't refunded as promised, fire extinguisher arrived in the damaged box with vital part (hose) missing. I called customer services, was told to send a picture of the fire extinguisher. I did that, my email was ignored, no part sent out. Without it the item itself is useless as those hoses are not universal fit that can pick up in any DIY shop. Very poor customer service, late delivery, missing parts, absolutely appalling experience.

Although they responded in a reasonable time unfortunately they didn’t pay much attention to my request for a quotation and came back with a quote for something entirely different. In the meantime I found another company to deal with.
