Excelent product and very good srevice

We needed seven Fire safety documents boxes following our annual Fire Assessment and found these latch ones which means that we can use security tags and our safety office doesn’t carry seven bulky keys. They arrived promptly, well packed but not overly packed and were perfect for our needs.

The product was in perfect condition and the delivery was exceptionally quick.

Very good service, and veery prompt

I ordered 4 fire extinguishers online. A day or two later I got an email with a dispatch note saying a few days delivery. Nothing arrived after a week so I emailed them. No reply. The next day I called and was told that customer services were on lunch and they would call me back. No call. So I called them again. Only to be told they didn't have the fire extinguishers in stock so they hadn't been sent. And they couldn't guarantee when they would be in stock! I asked for a refund and was told it would take 10-14 days!

Really quick service, even had a faulty one that they sent out a replacement quickly.

Good guidance on which fire products was best for individuals situations

Ordered and paid for 1-2 day courier service and still not received after 6 days. Called FPS but Customer services had no interest in trying to make things right. Requested a refund and will not use again. For note - They use DX Delivery who lied about attempting my delivery and putting card through door - not according to Ring Doorbell. DX TrustPilot reviews speak for themselves. UPDATE - They never reached out to ‘try and make things right’ as per their response - typical of their customer service.
