Arrogant & Extremely Rude management in this shop. Shop open & Sale sign on Saturday 24 February however when I walked in I was told I couldn’t just walk in & browse brochures (which were there I assumed for browsing!) I was abruptly informed that staff were already with customers and that it was appointment only & to return after 2pm. My advice to owner/management is that customers don’t need this embarrassment & will certainly not return. If the shop is open, its open. If not, then close the door & put a sign up ‘appointment only’ If management would like a local example of excellent customer service please go to Shanley Interiors Navan, that’s were I went.
