Issue resolved - Nothing in over a week, no contact, no delivery
Editing to comment that the team at Ebony Rose were brilliant at helping me resolve this issue. It seems like it was an anomaly, and I received my order successfully, thanks to the intervention from hailey (sp) and team, thank you all! I still haven’t received my order, and it doesn’t look like it has even dispatched. :( Usually, you have been incredibly fast, but I’m so very disappointed that I haven’t heard a word in the week since I placed my order.
