All components included in package, and a diagram of fitting instructions with precise dimensions for fixing holes. Fitted and worked first time, with soft close. Cannot recommend Eurofit Direct enough. Delivery was fast, price was competitive, range was perfect for my requirements. There was an issue with my order but before I knew anything about it, I’d been contact by Eurofit Direct and the issue was in the process of being sorted. Sometimes things go wrong. How you deal with it makes all the difference. Excellent service.

It was a small initial offer for 3 pairs of runners for chest of drawers. They arrived coated with a sticky wax(?) like substance that had to be washed off with detergent. Despite this covering 2 of the runners had deep rust patches.
