Product arrived on time and works as expected.. (So big ticks for the most important stuff). No fitting or installation instructors.. Which I didn't expect but I needed to call Eurofit for some advice, speak to them about the product etc. The lady I spoke to at HO couldn't wait to get rid of me and hung up on me after she relayed from a colleague...'Oh apparently there IS a video on the website' 'CLICK'...no 'Does that answer your question, can I help you with anything else? Thanks for calling etc... This felt like...'Look harder on the website and F off'
