I ordered Soft Close push to open drawer runners from Eurofit Direct and they were rubbish. I tried fitting (have fitted many runners before) these and the drawer does not go fully into the cupboard furthermore the push to open does not work. I tripled check all my cupboard fittings and they are spot on for the tolerance of these drawers. Luckily I ordered 3 pairs of these hinges so tried one of the other sets in my hand without fitting to the cupboard as a test and these did not shut properly nor did the push to open work. I emailed Eurofit email almost a week ago now asking to return these and still had no response on this. Its really disappointing as I was hoping to use Eurofit for all my projects going forward but instead I will result in not using them and sharing my experience with my trade community.
