Bought over the Christmas period with next day delivery so couldn't get shipped until the 3rd January. Fair enough. Messaged on the 5th to ask where the order was. I was told there was a backlog over the Christmas period and it would be sorted asap. Fair enough. Was then phoned on the 6th to be told the item shouldn't have been listed on the website and I shouldn't have been able to buy it because they would no longer be stocking it. Huge waste of time.

This is the one and only review I shall do in 2022. I'm a cynic. However Eurofit direct are due some praise. I am making a large dolls house and needed some way of supporting part of the roof in an open position that wouldn't come crashing down on little fingers. I found Eurofit via a Google search and have purcased torque hinges from them. What was special. Firstly I have never heard of torque hinges but they are absolutely spot on. Secondly, and more importantly, they took the time and trouble, for what was never going to be a large order, to think through my problem and suggest a totally different solution to the one I was considering. That's true customer service.
