Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I don’t think I have the words to say how pleased I am with their communication. I have been having some work done in a nursery for the arrival of our first child, our joiner purchased four drawer runners for a built in wardrobe. Three of the runners work perfectly, the fourth one however fitted the same and with the same system would not close all the way shut. I emailed the company with a video and pictures of the affected runner and with a few conversations to make sure everything had been done to specifications, I received a new set of runners to fit. These things happen but to say I’m happy with the customer service would be an understatement. Thank you once again. Charlotte

Impeccable service

Impeccable service! I ordered two sets of drawer runners - two days later they arrived. Good, fast service. Unfortunately, there was a problem with half of the items, which only became apparent when I was checking them individually, fortunately before I had installed them. I emailed Eurofit and, 24 hours later was offered, and shortly afterwards received, a full refund for the faulty items. So whilst the product may not have been up to standard, your service was way above! Thank you.

Very happy with the service I received

Very happy with the service I received. I was unsure about what sliders I needed for my project as there are so many but they were understanding and guided me in the right direction. They have worked just as I wanted them to and I will returning in the future.

Avoid!

Avoid! UK Distance Selling Laws are extremely clear. The buyer has the right to cancel the order 14 days after receiving the goods. Upon doing this, the buyer is responsible for return postage. However the seller is required, by law, to issue a full refund including the original postage cost (as long as the buyer used the standard delivery option). This company believes they are above trading laws and their "company policies" mean they can break laws. Therefore I would just suggest avoiding them altogether. ---- reply to company reply 18/11/22 ---- As there was no other postage options on your site at the time of purchasing, the basis delivery cost was the only delivery option available... I did not choose a upgraded delivery option as there were no options! Once again lies from from your company. I have also just got a screen shot of the ordering process for the same order...one option for delivery only! £6.96 is the only option! So please check your site before blaming customers for "choosing" as there is no choice. Refer back to my original conclusion "I would just suggest avoiding them altogether."
