At first they seemed to be professional but then it all went downhill. Not contacting people in the time frame that they were available in. Call handlers saying they would pass on new information to the case worker, only to have the case worker call asking if there were any updates. Being told they have email, but receiving no emails. Having trouble contacting my relevant representatives only to give up and request months of wage slips and bank statements weeks after the process started. Why isn’t this and any other documentation requested at the beginning, rather than dragging their heels so long that it’s our moving in week. Overall sad to say a poor experience has been had with rent4sure.

The whole process is very stressful the website does not work to very good standards. Aren’t very helpful at all. Messed me around for a week. And they make a big deal if you don’t have online banking.
