Awful experience, v. Upsetting

Awful experience. I’m moving location due to a promotion, they have rung me at least once daily, sent countless emails asking over and over for the same thing - the contact number of my new manager, who I have not met yet because I have t started my new job yet. They already have by their request: Passport 6 months of bank statements 6 months of payslips Confirmation of income by my current manager Written confirmation of my new position and income by my new organisation National insurance number References I honestly have felt so stressed and harassed by this experience - I still haven’t gotten my application through. I’m just looking to rent a room in a house share, I’ll be paying the deposit and first month up front anyway. This is ridiculous and honestly I’m very nervous about where my information is going, it feels like they have enough to steal my identity at this point.

Great service

Young man called Mark was very helpful helping us to set up our Sky broadband and tv. Saved us a lot of time whilst we were in the middle of moving. By the time we moved in, internet up and running and engineer here to sort out tv within 2 days. Very professional and friendly service.
