Joke of a company, avoid any lettings agents that use them. Highly unprofessional and poorly managed. Ask to speak to a manager and you are told that none are available, ever!! I implore any lettings agents that use Rent 4 Sure to stop doing so immediately..

We have worked with Rent4Sure for quite some time now and I have to say their service is fantastic. Very quick turn around with referencing and they will always keep us informed with what's going on. Everything you want from a company you will work with on a daily basis.

Very poor service i am now getting messages from virgin and insurance companies daily, they say this is because rent4sure passed my details on to them. It did not give permission for them to do this as it was the letting agent whi filled the form. I have read the reply below which does not answer the point, i DID NOT COMPLETE ANY FORM. The letting agent did this. Rent for sure did not bother to ask me whether it was ok for my info to be passed on like this or do basic checks to ensure the tenant is the one completing their forms.

We are a Lettings Agency and have used Rent4Sure since February 2011. We have always found them to be very helpfully and efficient. We would definitely recommend them to other lettings agents.

The worst agency ever!! Too lazy to do their job right!! They get your reference failed because they couldn't contact equally useless landlady! AVOID!!
