Had a call from rent4sure after listing…

Had a call from rent4sure after listing for a prospective new home and having credit checks completed by said company. Recieved a call days later asking about my interest in setting up a virgin media broadband service in the new home. All seemed to be agreed upon and set up well. I had requested to have the broadband modem sent to my current address as would be still living there for the upcoming 4 weeks before hoping to move. This was agreed upon. That day I received and email confirming my setup but the problem was they were sending it to my new address which I wouldn't be moving into until the 10th December and to make matters worse they would send me my first bill for the month in November even though I would not be making use of the new Virgin broadband until after I moved into the new home on 10th December 4 weeks from writing this review. I am not happy to say the least, not only have rent4sure not listened to my request to send my broadband modem to my current address where I can receive it but have also neglected to tell me why I should pay for a service this month that I would not be making use of until the following month. At this point i am considering cancelling the contract. Michael
