Got sent poor balls when ordering grade A wouldn’t use again

Having already left a review on the day of delivery. This could possibly be upgraded to 4 stars. This is due to delivery taking 3-4 days but I ordered on a bank holiday Monday so I understand that. Order was as described and what I received were all ‘A’ grade so no complaints there. Taking into account the delivery time and the fact I only received 68 balls when I ordered 72 represents why I only rated 3 stars. The package I received was badly damaged (cardboard box) and had dpd packaging tape wrapped around it. This suggests that the courier was at fault for the damage and rectified this once some of the contents had fallen out.

Nice easy order ordered 72 balls as more quantity made the price really good grade a all balls were in superb condition and I even received 74 so that was a bonus would definitely use again

order 122063 Ordered a pack of refurbs but they didnt have them in stock and could get the alternatives to me in time for when i needed them, which isnt a problem. However when i asked to cancel the order they have sent me back the money for the balls but not the delivery. I haven't received a product or a service but im still out of pocket. I emailed about this last week which feels like it has just been ignored and also haven't heard anything back from the message oi left.

Rubbish delivery partner, Never delivered when they said they would. Needed my items for an event which didn't materialise so had to spend more money buying a replacement. Then rescheduled the delivery - having received a text to give delivery time - the item still was not delivered. Absolutely rubbish. compared to other on line shops where I have had no issue with deliveries at all.
