I still have not recived the balls I ordered on the 21st. Mail order golf have listed them as delivered but they haven't. It may be a post office issue and I have requested an update but not heard anything back

Always use you guys but Royal Mail not so great this time. I got sent a date which i couldn’t do so changed it. I got the acknowledgment as all ok and date had changed. It didn’t arrive on the new date. Went on the tracker and it said it tried to deliver n the original date but nobody in. Yes, that’s why I changed it and they said ‘done’. Then it gave me an option of 5 days from then as the first date. If I hadn’t checked I wouldn’t have known as I didn’t get anything from them to say they had tried. I have to admit that went I see Royal Mail as a delivery provider I think twice about ordering anything. Just this one instance so far with you guys but, alas, I still don’t have my order yet hence the 4 and not 5 stars.
