The wrong coloured balls were initially…

The wrong coloured balls were initially sent but when I notified them they immediately apologised and sent the correct balls with 3 extra as compensation.

Delivery was dispatched on time. Super quick. Royal Mail though delivered late so not company fault. Out of 24 balls, 18 were immaculate. Not a mark, the rest had one small pen mark or ID mark. Super impressed
