Placed a second order for Pearl/Grade A balls same as before but 30 of the 40 ordered were marked, damaged, off white and certainly not Grade A. Spoke to customer service team and had to send photos to prove I wasn't making it up, and agreed to return the 30 sub standard balls to be replaced. Unfortunately it took quite a few days longer than expected to receive the replacement balls even though I did the turn immediately. Replacement balls all ok but disappointed with the poor original order, seeming disbelieving my concern and delays replacing. Put me off using again.

Ordered 40 Grade A balls. Wasnt sure what to expect but they are basically new. 1/3 of the price of the balls new and I dont think you could even tell once they are on a tee they are used. Amazing Value!! Will def order again and based on my skills wont be long......
