This company is amazing. Their program is amazing, very user friendly!! and the support team is always available to answer any questions and even train you! Anytime I need help or have a question, a support team is always there and that's to addition to my weekly training! My coach Eric is awesome. He is super knowledgeable not only on tax liens and deeds, but also in real estate. I've gained a tremendous amount of knowledge from him. He always guides me in the right direction in which I can explore more so that I am not all over the place, which is easy to do with no previous experience especially with tax liens and deeds. Being a part of TLWB has really been a very pleasant and happy experience.

My experience with the flyout program was great. The coaching session was not a lecture but an active learning experience. I was forced multiple times to get out of my comfort zone and become comfortable with being uncomfortable. After my first day I was able to build a realtor team and have several realtors send be properties to review. On my second day I was able to identify properties to fix and flip with confidence. Finally on the third day I was given the tools to find licensed contractors to complete the work.

Just completed my fly out training with Coach Derek. He kept things very simple where I could understand and implement the processes. We found properties to make deals in multiple cities in the US. This is a perfect way to jump start business!
