Eric Lloyd gave a great webinar on Property Edge Pro. Finding the wholesale buyers/ flippers will help with my portfolio. I also liked the analytics tab that can help me narrow my market down.

Coach Eric explained how to use tool in basic terms for all to understand - included examples as well. He was patient with the group and encouraged questions and participation. Very helpful!

Our Coaching with Jeff was a great experience. Jeff helped us learn helpful insights to making whole selling homes so much more understandable. Jeff had us start out with small goals and build up more from them. Jeff is very experienced and knowledgeable as well as very pleasant to work with. I felt like Jeff was able to answer any question we had and add more valuable information. Jeff went above and beyond, always willing to answer a question or any guidance on a home that we were working to put an offer on outside of our coaching sessions. Learning and practicing the learning with Pam Ross was a very helpful and professional experience. Pam speaks clearly and at a steady pace when teaching online. She provides helpful real-life experiences that were relatable. She has a very calm and welcoming personality. She has mastered the art of educating and mentoring adults online. I am very pleased to have been assigned to study with Pam Ross. She was very flexible when my need to change our scheduled meeting times interrupted the schedule. The TLWM professional resource materials and the online learning modules are excellent, have ease of use and are contemporary.
