Overall, my experience was good but I wish I had taken the time to clearly understand what all the program entails and that part is my fault. In the beginning I felt inundated with phone calls from different people and it was confusing. I enjoyed my sessions with Rick Dear, Tiffany Knight, and Bill Smith for different reasons. I truly connected with Bill Smith although my time with him was the shortest. Maybe it's a personal preference but the fact that he and I actually turned our cameras on during our sessions was a big plus for me. Also I felt like he would have guided me towards weekly assignments and would have had me demonstrate my understanding more instead of which just watching him do everything. I wish the program consisted of more tax lien sessions or at least allowed me to choose rather my interest was more in the tax liens or the wholesaling but again it was clearly outlined, I just didn't read that part like I should have. I was able to purchase a tax lien with Tiffany but our sessions ended when we were just getting on a roll. I will attend the conference next month so I have yet to experience that portion.

I am a new student in TLWB. The programs and sessions they offered are really helpful. I like how they structure their sessions its interactive and they are building a good foundation to the students to start with. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They have all the support and resource that you need to be successful in this journey. Our concierge is excellent shout out to...Nisa K, we are glad she is part of our journey. So far, our experiences here is excellent.

She contacted me promptly, provided me with all my login information for all the systems I would be using, made sure I was able to login to each and everyone of them and then patiently explained to me how to find the various information and classes that I need. Rachel went above and beyond when I was stuck one late evening and I messaged her. She called me immediately and resolved my issue. Thank you so much for all your help !

My experience with Tax Liens Wealth Builders has been amazing from the beginning. Everyone I've met has been incredibly helpful and informative. My concierge Nisa Kadic is so pleasant to work with, she reaches out every week to check on my progress. Her knowledge and willingness to help is amazing, I can’t ask for a better concierge. I had the pleasure of having Joe Moennig as my real estate coach. As a coach he has been very helpful to teach me how say the right words when talking with other investors. He also taught how to find the right deal to purchase a property. Its a slow process for me learning this but he is so patient with me.
