Everybody in the team in TLWB has been amazing and that includes Nisa Kadic, our concierge. She calls every week to see how we’re doing and to offer support. One time we couldn’t get in a zoom meeting and she made sure that the tech department fixed that for us. It was fast and thankfully we didn’t miss it.
