I was very please to be working with Ryan W. on Tax Liens. He presented the information in a step by step process that I was able to digest and take notes. I have gone out and looked on my own after class and then presented terminology that I found so I could understand. Ryan gave me a definition and examples when he was showing what he planned for the lesson. I did find and purchase Certificate during the session and feel comfortable to go out on my own now.
