Coach Paul Winn is very knowledgeable about using real estate as tool for wealth creation. Megan is very knowledgeable in multi unit investing. Her class was very informative. I will definitely be watching the recording to make sure I didn't miss anything! I signed up for the fly out program which taught me how to invest in fix and flips and I felt like alot of the information I learned in that program, translated and allowed me to really make sense of this class. However, I also feel that I learned new things specific to multi unit investing. Love the calculator and hand outs she provided. Very excited to expand my horizons into multi unit properties.

Paul was always timely with every meeting. He was very patient and willing to answer and go into deeper discusion on any topic I had trouble with. He was very knowledgable about real estate and supportive throughout our sessions.
