I enjoy taking Karl Benson’s Wholesaling Classes. The classes are very informative & structured. Makes sure the class understands by the details he gives. The class barely has any questions. Of course they’ll be some when hands on to feel more comfortable. The handouts & spread sheet he created is nice as well!

Time is the most valuable thing that we can give…while I certainly appreciate the content of the Buy and Hold class, it could gave very easily been trimmed down to 1.5 hours rather than 3.25.

My instructor, Eric Lloyd, is an excellent teacher. He explains well, answers questions, is patient, and has a positive attitude. I have previously used a competitive company for a similar education. Questions were not properly answered. With Tax Liens, everyone is open to making this a positive experience for its clients.
