Loved Market Insider with Eric Lloyd...he walked us through the tools to use for Short Term Rentals and Arbitrage...very helpful for beginners like me who need tools to ramp up. He demonstrated the process using a student's potential property showing several financially successful ways for him to obtain it. He also provided respected property management companies to employ when this method of investing is used. By personalizing our discussion about his own start up experiences, it helps us see that this is all doable. He opened the Scotsman Guide and created different scenarios that illustrated how to use it. Eric has his heart in this...his dedication to his students is obvious during his presentations...he is always enthused and constantly encouraging.

Eric Lloyd is a great coach/teacher/trainer, the vibe you get from him is light, friendly, approachable, willing to engage, allows you to engage, very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. His Market Insider training is amazing, makes you want to learn more the way he presents everything to you, even the more challenging points, and again, he's genuine and its obvious he like people and teaching. Ryan is a great coach! He is patient and provides enthusiastic information to learn the basics. I felt comfortable that he had my best interest in mind and explained why to invest and why not to invest in specific properties. I really benefit from the recorded sessions for reviewing concepts. I have already purchased a tax lien in Sarasota County and am looking forward to bidding on a deed auction in Charlotte County.

Eric spent 6 hours over 2 days training us on real estate investing. He covered so many areas using real up to date examples, gave us tools and resources to use and took us from not knowing anything to feeling we are ready to dive in and know how to invest in small deals to get started and with additional training become better and do better deals. Eric kept everyone involved, answered questions, was able to make everyone understand some difficult concepts and kept us entertained. The 6 hours felt like 2 hours as the time went by so quickly.
