Working with Coach Eric was such a great pleasure. My team and I learned so much starting from ground zero as new investors. We loved how he started with a foundation and built upwards. The real life experiences that he shared will forever be helpful and will put my team and I on the right path. I loved that no question was a crazy/foolish one. He answered all of the questions and provided different scenarios and approaches we could take. After our second session, we adopted Coach Eric as a family member. He is such a good person, mentor, and forever friend.

Karl was great today. He has a lot of knowledge in this real estate business and does a great job teaching it.

Karl Benson’s presentation was outstanding. I love how he uses great examples to drive his point home. One thing I would like is to get a copy of the slides before the presentation so I can follow along better especially for the ‘Buy and Hold’ presentation since it’s all very new to me.

Loved the class - makes the next steps not as frightening and enhanced the business plan. Looking forward to the execution.
