Selling things they don't even have

Terrible. Ordered a new radio only to find it wasn't in stock. Refund process took forever. Then ordered one which showed had 4 in stock, only to be told they didn't have any. Had to wait an eternity again for another refund. I would seriously consider your choices giving your money to these cowboys

Site said the product was in stock, still no refund

Site said the product was in stock When it wasn’t delivered I called and was told it shouldn’t have shown as in stock as it had been discontinued and therefore they couldn’t supply the unit I wanted I am still waiting for my refund so right now I’m £809.99 out of pocket Will never use again and will keep trying to get my refund

I had a wonderful experience as usual with car audio received my dash cam on time. And have also sent a couple of emails to for answers. And had my reply back within no time. Very good company to deal with. Regards Brian

Disappointed with their unhelpful response

I used the "ask a question" on their website, which is a really useful facility, and got an answer within an hour. Really pleased with that part. However I was asking a pretty basic question, that was very important in the decision of whether or not to buy an expensive unit. The reply was unhelpful, saying the only way to be sure would be to try it, In other words buy the unit and hope it works. It is also pretty worrying to see the number of poor marks on stock levels. I will give these a miss and pay the extra few quid elsewhere.

Dishonest company

Dishonest company, dont trust them, or their stock levels! You will be waiting for an item that will never arrive, ordered twice from this joke of a company and both times the item has an issue but they still continue to show the product online and ready to buy! Avoid like the plague!!

Received head unit

Received head unit, does not work, have returned in the last couple of days. No returns note provided so i have had to pay return postage, hopefully will get replaced without any problem and get postage costs back. Will up date in next few days. UPDATE. They have sent be a brand new replacement unit no quibbles
