Good item delivered in quick time

Same story as others on here... I ordered a car radio that has 1 in stock but actually it wasn't. I had no order confirmation but my money was taken. There was no communication at all so after a week I questioned why it's not been delivered only to be told it was on back order and had been a pre order item for 2 weeks (it wasn't when I ordered). I was then told it would be about 3-4 weeks, which would be a month after ordering. If you don't have something in stock, don't allow orders!! I've since looked on their website and they've put the price up! Now awaiting a refund...

False prices, they add shipping a week after you made purchase

Received great advice and my purchase arrived as advertised, on time & exactly what I ordered. All fitting kit parts to fit the new radio to my van dropped into place as the Audio Centre's staff said they would. Great Service!
