The pioneer head unit was a great price and quality. Hence the one star. 4 contacts with CAC to resolve the missing leads that I wasn't told I needed, even though I asked, didn't get one reply from ANY emails(Via their contact form) Aftersales support is zero, once they have your money, you don't exist

Head Unit delivered was either a return item or ex demonstration, box was already open with a basic sticker failing miserably to hold the box together, the head unit display screen is covered in surface scratches, absolutely ZERO quality control and a careless attitude to customer service once contacted. Used this company in the past, won't use them again.
