Ordered on website, paid for next day delivery, was then notified 2/3 days later that the item I purchased was not in stock? Why not say this on the website, I would’ve purchased elsewhere, or is that the reason you don’t? Just so you don’t loose customers at the cost of providing bad service. Still haven’t recieved my item 9 days after purchase, absolutely ridiculous, supposed to be in stock within 5 days meaning it should take 6/7 days to come from ordering.

Ordered online item saying in stock. To receive email 2 days later stating on back order. Called to find out there will be no stock in until the end of month. Ordered as needed in the 4 days that was stated for delivery. Website has let them down.

Excellent friendly service and advice

Purchased a head unit for next day delivery, item was showing as in stock, no sign of it being preorder or out of stock. Checked the order on my account in the evening and it was showing as back order. Called them and they said it won't be instock for a month and cancelled my order. Paid with PayPal and no sign of refund as of yet. Item is still showing as instock on their website and ready to purchase... Edit was refunded within 24hrs of cancellation, have amended the review score to reflect.

Upgraded the audio in our caravan. New head unit (Bluetooth, DAB), better speakers. Ordered online, kit in stock and arrived next day! Tech support also answered all my questions concerning connectors etc. Would definitely buy from Car Audio Centre again. 👍

Item was not in stock even though was shown as in stock at time of order. Not contacted until 2 day s after order and offered alternative stereo at same price, seems like this happens often going by other reviews - the same alternative stereo was also same price at Halfords where I could collect same day so asked for refund rather than wait a further 2 days for delivery. Only bit they did well was process the refund promptly. Disappointed and unfortunately I can’t recommend this company to others on this occasion.
